Overview

Stahly Engineering Survey department, in collaboration with our Site/Civil department, successfully completed the survey and platting for a 10-lot major subdivision spanning 835 acres in Madison County. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the client, engineers, and construction teams to deliver a development that maintains and utilizes the existing agricultural landscape for the new community’s residents.

Details

Survey original Public Land Survey System, State Highway right-of-way, and subsequent private cadastral parcels of the subject area.
Assisted the client through the Madison County Major Subdivision Review process by way of pre-application meetings, Preliminary Plat application, Planning Board and Public hearings, and Final Plat submittal.
