Traci Conduit is a Funding Specialist with Stahly Engineering & Associates, bringing more than 12 years of experience in grant writing, funding strategy, public outreach, and communications.

Hunter Spring is a Staff Engineer specializing in site developments and subdivisions at the Stahly Billings office.

The Billings office welcomes Bill Cassell to the team as a Resident Project Representative (RPR).

Stahly is proud to have Justin Muscio on staff as a Survey Technician. A Wyoming native, Justin discovered his passion for surveying at age 12 while working with his father.

The Billings team welcomes Amber as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
