Stephanie Ray, AICP, PMP

With over 25 years of experience in team leadership, project management, public engagement, and community development, Stephanie has worked with both urban and rural communities across the Pacific Northwest. She collaborates with city and county officials, federal and state leadership, public stakeholders, Native American organizations, media, and technical staff. Her work has contributed to the successful completion of more than $100 million in capital infrastructure and planning projects, including schools, community centers, law and justice facilities, civic centers, public works buildings, water and sewer systems, parks, trails, and roadways. Additionally, Stephanie has secured and managed state and federal grants for transportation and infrastructure projects, including negotiating private rights-of-way agreements with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail.
