Shawn Thorson, P.E., is a senior civil engineer and project manager with over a decade of experience in site development, transportation, and public infrastructure projects. He specializes in subdivision design, including roadway layouts, water and sewer systems, and stormwater management, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction documentation. Shawn leads multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from proposal development and design coordination to bidding and construction.

Currently serving in a leadership role, Shawn oversees regional teams, mentors engineers, and facilitates technical training to support team growth and consistency in design standards. His background includes experience with private development, municipal projects, and state highway rehabilitation, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of both design and construction.
