Rylan Stahly, PLS, CFedS, is the Survey Department Manager, where he plays a key role in overseeing daily operations alongside the Department Technical Lead. As a third-generation Stahly surveyor, Rylan brings a deep-rooted passion for the profession and a strong commitment to project excellence.

Rylan serves as both an independent project manager and a leader of the survey team, combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach to fieldwork and deliverable production. His experience spans a wide range of survey types, including right-of-way, ALTA/NSPS, cadastral, aerial control, topographic, and construction layout surveys. He is proficient in traditional and cutting-edge survey technologies.

Beyond his technical capabilities, Rylan is widely respected for his mentorship.
