Meghan LeCaptain, PE, CFM, serves as Stahly Engineering & Associates’ Municipal Department Technical Lead and Project Engineer, specializing in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure for communities across Montana. She works closely with municipalities to plan, design, and deliver practical infrastructure solutions that improve public services and support long-term community growth.

With a background in civil and infrastructure engineering and experience in both municipal infrastructure and land development, Meghan brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Her expertise includes water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, site design, and floodplain management, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements while developing resilient, cost-effective solutions.

As a Certified Floodplain Manager, Meghan also assists communities with floodplain compliance, stormwater planning, and infrastructure resilience. Her collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to client service make her a trusted partner for municipalities throughout Montana.
