Mike is a Engineer Technician / Resident Project Representative with extensive experience in project design, construction observation, surveying, and contract administration. He has contributed to a wide range of infrastructure projects, including roadway improvements, safety enhancements, and utility coordination, bringing a balanced understanding of both design and field execution.

Mike’s strength lies in managing project scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining a strong presence during construction to support quality outcomes. His hands-on experience allows him to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions that keep projects moving efficiently from concept through completion. He plays a key role in the development and implementation of Transportation and Safety Plans, with a focus on improving long-term performance and public safety.

His recent work includes the WYDOT Town of Cowley Main Street Enhancement Project, Big Horn County Road 7 ½ Reconstruction, the Greybull Road 26 Pavement Overlay, and the Big Horn County Road Sign Project.
