The South Rows condominiums consist of 17 multifamily structures on a common site located in southwest Bozeman, MT. The three story condominium structures range from duplexes to fiveplexes containing a total of 57 2-3 bedroom units.

Details

The design team was assembled by the developer and general contractor, Cadius Partners, and was led by the project architect, Mosaic Architecture. Stahly Engineering performed the structural design and construction administration for all 17 structures beginning in 2017 and completing in 2019. The buildings were design and constructed using conventional light framed wood construction and shallow foundations.
