Details

Repairs to the City Hall Building included removing and replacing floors and base trim, and an ADA compliant transition.
Repairs to the Shop Building included removing 5 skylight panels and replacing them with new standing seam panels.
Repairs to the Petroleum County Courthouse included the replacement of windows, seal and insulation of windows, repair of false ceiling, replacement of gutter and downspout, repair of membrane roof, furnish and installation of flooring, and construction of a new wall.
Repair and stabilization of the existing exterior stone wall at the Petroleum County Courthouse.
