Overview

One 11 Lofts is a 5-story, multi-family, residential development in the heart of downtown Bozeman, Montana. From the initial design to final buildout, Stahly Engineering had an integral part in this projects development by utilizing our professional engineering and surveying expertise and one of Stahly’s final tasks was to conduct an American Land Title Association (ALTA) as-built survey of the property.

Details

As is typical with ALTA surveys, a rapid turnaround was needed to satisfy the clients and lending institution’s financial obligations. Stahly responded by utilizing advanced GPS and site scanning technology to conduct the required field surveying of this detailed intensive site. By following a current title report and leveraging the assets of a high-resolution scanning instrument and a team of experienced field staff well-trained in recognizing critical elements of site development, we tied in all the required structures and features and showed these on the ALTA drawing.
