Kaia is a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience in project management, construction administration, and preliminary design. Project Management experience includes managing up to 25 inspectors to ensure compliance of plans and specifications on construction projects, ensuring the contractors compliance to the plans and specifications of the Wyoming Department of Transportation, and interacting with the prime contractor. Contract Administration Experience includes documenting all quantities and survey data in accordance with federal and state guidelines. Preliminary design experience includes evaluating future projects to determine the scope of work, providing Engineering Recommendations to the design team, and reviewing sets of preliminary plans for compliance to the recommendations and buildability.
